Imperative Verbs adalah kata kerja yang digunakan untuk memberikan perintah atau instruksi langsung. Ciri uniknya adalah kalimat ini tidak memperlihatkan subjek secara tertulis karena lawan bicara dianggap sudah memahaminya.

Agar perintah tidak terdengar kasar, gunakan teknik pelembutan ini:
1. Gunakan "Please": Letakkan di awal atau akhir kalimat.
