💡 Konsep Dasar: Kapan Inversi Terjadi?

Inversion (Inversi) adalah kondisi di mana kata kerja (*verb/auxiliary*) mendahului subjek kalimat ($Verb + Subject$). Dalam ujian TOEFL, pola inversi ini tidak terjadi di sembarang kalimat, melainkan dipicu oleh beberapa kondisi penanda khusus.

PENTING UNTUK TOEFL: • Jika inversi dipicu oleh ekspresi tempat (*place*), seluruh kata kerja utama langsung pindah ke depan subjek (contoh: *stand massive trees*). • Jika inversi dipicu oleh kata negatif (*negative*), yang pindah ke depan subjek hanyalah **kata kerja bantu/auxiliary** saja (*auxiliary + subject + main verb*), seperti kalimat tanya (contoh: *Rarely has the team faced*).
